Even after 2 senior political aides to McCain see "no path to victory" and a GOP CNN political analyst sees no way for a GOP win, CNN is still not calling the election! Have some courage, its a pretty safe call guys.
Fitting that McCain is watching the results from the Goldwater suite. I would love to hear the discussion, wondering if he's blaming his "rogue" hand picked, novice running mate.
The crowd here at Grant Park gets very upset at every McCain pickup, not to worry my friends...let the man win the non-surprising red states to save some face. He's served his country well in his lifetime, more than his share, he's just lost his way (and his morals and positions that he's stood up during his career) and he's run a relentlessly negative campaign and that's what he can blame it on.

Great post! My pampered Vancouver daughter, studying there, managed to score a ticket for the inner-sanctum, FIFTY THOUSAND performance. 50,000 and yet you're still sort of row12 or better.
Anyway, as far as I can tell, they're all going through something like Trudeaumania. We may finally be able to live in hope.
